El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

My sister and I went to lunch today and it was a total disaster. I waited to order 10 minutes behind 1 person. I suppose the manager who was there today was from another place because he didn't know where it was. When I finally could give up my order, he rushed through and after I paid, he disappeared about two minutes before he gave me my reception. The bottom of the beverage dispensers was so sticky that you could hardly walk through the area. The napkins smelled like mildew and our salads were $10 nothing was fresh. Not only have they had consistently long wait times in the drive thru lately but we 're rude and vulgar to the lady I was with even telling her to f--king go somewhere else when she tried to warn them about food handling and cleanliness as we waited inside. Not only did it offend her and but challenged my patience (especially because it was my idea)....so after years of stopping in I won 't be back but will also tell everyone I know to avoid this location.....

Ever since the pandemic these people have you waiting for minutes in the drive thru.. With no customers inside the restaurant and they still make you wait seems like this young generation can't move as fast as they did before the pandemic it's frustrating at times to just sit in the drive thru and wait for one order. If they were busy I would understand but they're not busy inside

Terrible Waiting, I will recommend HIGHLY NOT to go through when your car has no good ac. This is the longest time I had to wait for my food in a Lollo Loco drive. The cash register also seemed unhappy to work. Very bad experience over here for the first time.

El Pollo Loco is delicious every time! My only request would be for a few more vegetarian options for Lent and meat-free Monday, please.
