El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

So I read a ton of negative reviews and decided to debunk which where true and or if they fixed the issues. So here are the things most people complained about ?Bad smell, rude staff, cost more,old and run down, wrong order, loud vibrating noises from ventilation,very smoky, slow service, chicken tasted old and was burned, interior very hot, dirty disgusting,? For starters I decided to go to this location right at opening (10am) I arrived slightly early so investigated the outside, I smelled old grease almost immediately when turning into the parking lot, that was a bad sign, I wondered what I got myself Into. At exactly 10am I walked up and their was an older man and an employee waiting loc...

This place is awesome. I love their Pollo bowl, their avocado salsa, and their horchata. Can't go wrong with this location. Lots of neighborhood and university folks go here. During lunch, the office crowd will have it busy. Also, the folks working here are always so friendly and helpful.

Very impress. Usually at other places the avocado burrito seems like smaller but here was at the perfect size. The taste was very good and the personal very friendly. I think the boss needs to give them a raise. ; #Fotorider #cesarsphotography #knightrider #KITT

They had the order ready quickly, and it was right, but I was never recognized by an employee, and the smell inside was abusive. The food was good for what it was, but I was a little bit more careful than normal when eating this time.

The food was great, the restaurant itself was very hot, I think the AC was working, I visited a 100-degree weather day and I decided to dive. When I left the outside, it was cooler than in the restaurant. I hope the AC was fixed.
