El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

I was starved for a couple of Polo Loco, so I drove a few miles more to my favorites. It was worth it! 5's above the board... Taste...Value $20 for 12 pieces, 3 big pages...Salsa and Tortillas) ...and service, I couldn't on my voucher, but they honor it anyway! In extremely tempting times like this... I really needed some satisfaction... and I got it! Large remains for lunch today also... This is my #1 Polo Loco! On my top 10 Fast Food Restaurants list 2020 .

We ordered online and could not pick up. We went to the right place, but they insisted we were wrong. Then she found it because they apparently heard the name wrong. Later we realized that they didn't give us everything we paid for, and when we tried to call them, nobody took up. We tried to annoy for hours. We have tried to contact the company and wait for an answer.

Easy experience is rude to employees. We ordered salads and they didn't tell us they had no clothes for them. When we got them, I asked for some who said they had none. I asked why they didn't tell us when we said we wanted a salad instead of telling us we had it. If that wasn't bad enough, the chicken was burned in the salad. We never come back to this place.

The facilities are clean and well-lit and the staff do their job. The food is adequately priced and the portions are reasonable. The salads and salsa are fresh and the menu has a good selection. Overall, this is a place I would revisit and pick over the vast majority of fast food restaurants.

45 minutes after ordering my food from this place only waited to find out that they are closed, although it means they are open until 10 a.m. on Saturdays. It's 8:00. I'll never be back.
