El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

My favorite El Pollo Loco, because the chicken is cooked right (juicy not dry), and my curbside orders are ready when I go to the restaurant. I have visited this location for over 4 years. I would give 5 stars, but sometimes the salsa and tortillas I ordered are not correct (all flour tortillas when I ordered flour and corn tortillas and Zilantro salsa when I ordered medium salsa). I'll check all orders before I leave the restaurant. Many parking spaces near the restaurant and is located directly on 2nd Street in Beaumont. CA.

Very positive experience with curbside pick up. Got my food as expected even was still warm even though I had arrived 10 mins after scheduled pick up time ????? The customer service was great. Asked for extra salsa and they went and got extra salsa ????It's the little things that count : thank you! ?

Love Pollo Loco. The food is good but totally stingy with salsa and onions I got a large family meal for 8 and when I ask for a lot of onions and cilantro, I got one small pack... Enough for one... Like... What? Otherwise it was a good experience.

Pico de gallo, salsa and avocado salsa and the lady on the trip in gave me the ?deer in the headlight? I repeat myself and don't answer, just close the window!! I'm sorry I'm not here anymore. I'm going somewhere else.
