El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

El Pollo loco is very frustrating to me because it's hit and miss as far as quality of food. Every other time I go there I am sadly disappointed. Why why, because on these occasions the chicken is so dry and shriveled up and hard that you can not eat it. Or they give me such a tiny amount of salsa when I purchase extra salsa and I get home and there's just three And they are very tiny. So I will be sad and disappointed and wait and then maybe a couple weeks will go by and I will just really crave the chicken and I love that salsa and I don't eat anything else I don't want any sides I just love the salsa on top of the chicken and it's wonderful except when it's not wonderful so there's the fr...

Update. After a review with the online site, they contacted me and apologized for all the problems I had. And I probably would have a little more understanding considering the Kovid and how hard it is now to work employees for minimum wage because they sit on their butt at home and make the same amount of money. But simple and simple is the fact that the management came to me and apologises is quite ingenious. My only problem will still be that I think they are a little overpriced, so I would have raised it to five stars, but $3 for a BRC Burrito is still a bit extreme and 250 for a fairly small taco is also quite daring high. The food was good, the girl that gave us our food was not very friendly when I asked for sauce and it was almost liked at the handover to me and she said nothing to close the window in my face. I had to go back because my order was not complete. The service is not what it is.

Chicken extremely over cooked. My husband got Mac n cheese, pogoes and gravy. Very good but his chicken was so dry. I got the chicken salad and the same thing- dry. I threw it out. We ordered about 3:30 pm if that has anything to do about it.

Terrible. I ordered a 3 piece meal and took it home to eat. They had given me a wing and a drum stick. It was just short of $12.00. Absolute rip-off all because of someone of not doing there job.
