El Pollo Loco - Reservar uma mesa

Pollo loco usually never fails, but this location seems to sell remains. A few salads, Mac and cheese and a tortilla soup bought and nothing was good. The chicken on the salads was hard, dried and cold, looked like it was cut days in advance. The Tortilla soup looked like they had taken new soup in older soup. Mac and cheese looked brownish and watered. I think this place was the only choice place I? ve to serve bad food.

The food is okay. This place always smells like canal. The smell of this position should really be fixed. You know it smells funky there because one of their doors is wide open. It is not an appetizing smell for people who order food to eat there. The manager took a little long to give us our overload refund. I'm not sure she was new, but we were patient with her.

Long wait to order, although it was only 1 person before me. Can we talk about the potatoes? You have to do better, El Pollo Loco. The potatoes seem to have a very strange texture lately... For example, you look for hours. It's really repulsive. And please, for God's love, stop burning the chicken! It's like chewing leather.

Worst peace of chicken I ever ate, it was very dry garbage. I got it around 7:30pm i guess they unloaded leftovers on me after 12 hr shift I was to tired to go back and throw it at their F! $in faces. Check your orders folks make sure u dont pay for chicken jerki.

Great, friendly staff. Clean. Would recommend the Tinga Burrito, but would try something else
