on Tuesday night I was stranded again in las palmas. I wanted to dinner with a friend, but most restaurants listed in happy cow were closed (also a few that were sat to be open.) Luckily my friend lives in the opposite and suggested where a vegetarian friend of his never complained for eating. there are not many dishes to choose, but they are quite delicious. we shared babaganoush and muhammara for the starter and I had the vegetarian (vegan actually) schawarma that was served to my surprise on a teller, no trace of Pita bread of any kind.

We shared babaganoush and muhammara for beginners and I had the vegetarian (vegan actually) shawarma that was served to my suprise on a plate, no trace of Pita bread of any kind.

some of the freshest food I have eaten on gran canaria and very tasty. we'll be worth the money, especially because it wasn't too expensive.
