We were sick of eating fish and seafood and looking for alternatives we found this restaurant. has become our Italian restaurant of reference in sponge. is very well located, in the middle of the street, but the extraordinary is the food: tagliatella al tartufo, pasta full of eggplant and provolona and pizza carbonara. all spectacular, I couldn't stay with one. the relatively fast service to be the holy week, antonio (head of sinking) very friendly and attentive. we're looking forward to trying out the rest of the letter. We'll be back every year.

possibly one of the most authentic Italian sponge restaurants. the pizza four excellent cheeses, the chef gnocchi dello, exquisite and dessert the Sicilian cannoli, recent and authentic in a word: if you get the Italian restaurants, this is a reference. excellent treatment and normal prices are five stars.
