Eat great, terrible service! We spent 3 hours waiting here and waiting for food, drinking, everything! We went by and asked if there was room for 6 and was said that (even at the night of Valentine) BUT we should have said that instead of 3 waiting staff there was only one who was also very new. The orders for drinks took so long until we decided to eat. Then we waited, and waited etc. through the time we were there 2 hours, we had only one Platter starter and two rounds of drinks. One more hour before we enter our head and another round. The problem lies in the fact that the food was very good, but the waiter fought, and the situation should not have occurred when the manager had just told...
I'm not a fan of the restaurants in Schaffhausen and this is also not a gem. Food is reasonable, bit too much cheese and not authentic Mexican (like Italian food is not authentic in Schaffhausen as well). I had burritos and colleagues had enchiladas both not brilliant but fair. Price is like other restaurants, 85 franks for 2 starters (Mexican chips) and 2 mains 2 Corona's
Nothing Mexican in there other than the decoration. The nachos were very few and burnt. Nearly no cheese. The beans were burnt as well. No jalapeños as indicated in the menu instead. The quesadilla was very disappointing as well. It looked more like a poor lasagna, and it didn't taste like anything else other than the minced meat itself. Never again.
This restaurant is far away from being Mexican. The portions are little and the taste is even worse. You order food and you get it in an hour or so. Also the service is not friendly at all. They don't smile and on top of it it is also expensive for what they deliver. I deffinately would not go again. I don't recommend this restaurant.
