a generally good visit. very attentive and friendly service from a waiter who spoke little English, but with my tourist Spanish and the complicated authentic menu patient. with a lively, if too time a little chaotic, atmosphere, served the restaurant eating largely. edible when it was missing in panache. the value of the menu del dia was however absolutely excellent and the whole evening was an entertaining and pleasant experience (despite the medical drama in the television)

fantastic small apartment. eating is very good, the portions very large, and the price is amazingly low. we paid 10€ for the three course set menu, plus 2€ for a generous red wine glass (water or soda would have been included). The croquettes are delicious, like the bark meat and the Russian salad. highly recommended, excellent.

Strongly suggested if you are coming into or leaving Toledo and it's lunch time. The set menu was among the best I've had in Spain anywhere. Very affordable and very good. (Cumple con las tres b's: bonito barato y bueno It is frequented by locals....We were the only foreigners. You probably need some Spanish to get by.

the curtain is a family restaurant for middle-level families. is one of the typical of the city. I remember going with my parents to get such good fried chickens with peppers with potatoes, so fabulous meno every day. If what you're looking for is eating well and cheap is definitely your place

we had to wait for our train to madrid and stop at this place. it looks very clean, though small. very friendly service and good choice. coffee was great.
