Elena's Cucina - Reservar uma mesa

Just found this place. You will not be disappointed with the food, service nor prices. Mounds of food given, I ordered the meatball sandwich with provolone and an Italian sub (both pictured here). They taste as good as the look. I rarely give anyplace a 5 star but this place takes the cake. There is limited seating inside, just a couple tables and hard to find from Lake street, it's tucked away. True Italian deli! Update 11/2/17. Website and front door says they close at 5pm. At 4:30pm doors were locked no one around. Too bad, loss of one star.

I heard about this place by a friend at work. Ends until order a Salvatore Sub with Pasta Salat. Everything was absolutely phenomenal, easy the best sub I had for ever. My only complaint was that there was a bit too little meat that it ended up overshadowed by how good the cheese, sauce and spices were. But even the flesh on him was one of the only best pieces of meat I ever had.. They also gave me a free lemon cookie that was great. Definitely returns

We wanted to try something new today. Stunned on this GEM! Wow! My friend and I have their handmade sandwiches. We also have their pizzas to go. These pizzas are amazing! Your sandwiches were so delicious! We will definitely return!! Also try their Lemon cookies. I myself am not a big fan on Lemon, but they changed my vision, as these simply melt in your mouth!

The sandwiches here are excellent. I usually get the BLT and everything is always fresh. The bread is made fresh every time and the bacon is perfectly cooked. I also tried their soups, which also recommend. To round it off, it is super affordable. In the end, I pay less than on the subway for higher quality.
