Ellen Louisa's Vintage Teas

My hubby took me here for a Valentine's afternoon tea and right from entering the tea rooms I loved it! Quirky and vintage (A bit like me as I was wearing my vintage dress complete with big net petticoat lol! with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. 1940s/50s music set the scene and every table was set with vintage crockery. In fact, wherever you looked there were shelves of vintage crockery! The food was lovely and plentiful and the staff were both lovely and attentive. I will certainly be back and would definitely recommend a visit.

I wanted to celebrate my daughter's birthday together with my granddaughter. beautiful eating, selection of sandwiches, scones and cakes, all delicious and served on vintage china teller with matching china teekanne and tassen and sauce. the facility of the shop was so interesting to see with memories that brought back a lot of memories. I can definitely recommend these tearooms. nothing was too much annoyed for the friendly staff. all excellent.

what a beautiful place to visit. I had been happy that I was introduced as a birthday present into this little jewel of a tee room. we sat and chat for a few hours without pressure on us and nobody bothered us just to ask if we wanted more tee. eating was a real tasty bite with a surprisingly good gluten-free selection of homemade cakes including a skorone, so I was not let out. I will definitely visit again. many thanks for their great service.

what a great little place! would they recommend the tea rooms very, the eating was so beautiful and the cake mmmm! friendly, helpful staff that went beyond and beyond to make sure we were looked around. I have booked the teestubes for my mother 70th birthday and it was perfect!
