good room in the 4th floor, good food. the only negative we had, one of them was the $25/night value fee. The worst thing was when my mother went to the bar, I asked if she could have a drink. lorali (I think this is her name) just looked mama like "why do they ask? what a stupid question" (she worked after 9 o'clock on 08/05). all who sat at the bar looked at them. then mom said she wanted a drink at the tables opposite the bar. then lorali said: "oh, yeah, sure." gina showed herself at our table was a shady compared to the other barkeeper, asking us if that was in order if we wanted something else. okay, first let me say; we only booked this by reviews.es showed 9.2 out of 10, and after a terrible check in minutes before, we checked here at 12:30 after midnight. top Notch facility. everyone spoke and greeted us, showed empathy for our former terrible experience and we had a great nights sleep. we had solved small problems quickly (with a smile) and that is what separates this device from the rest. I wish I could have a 10/10....

during booking we requested a water view. it didn't matter if it was intercoastal or the golf. during the review in our room our terrace faced the new building no water view at all. receive an employment when asked to be moved. high-priced rooms and then they want $25 per night for parking they pay $200 per night for an average room.

Great hotel location! We spent one night and loved the rooftop bar, restaurant was overpriced but the food was good and the staff was wonderful! The location is across the street from the beach so it is perfect for sunset walk on the beach and plenty of places nearby.

I have never stayed in a beautiful hotel! along with a great staff from the managers to the housekeepers. kudos for the creation of such friendly staff. the rooms are spacious and clean. dach top toast was wonderfully added touch.
