Today, I faced a similar issue. My total was $6.64, and I had $5.65. I quickly ran to my car to get $1 but only found a $5 bill. When I explained this to the staff member, she seemed confused about the change. Instead of giving me the correct change of $4, she handed me back $4 while rolling her eyes and tossed the 65 cents into the tip jar. The overall attitude exhibited by your employees, especially when mistakes happen, is unacceptable. This has significantly impacted my experience, and I won’t be returning to your restaurant. Please address this issue.

I'm planning to go to Northend, and I have just a couple of thoughts. Are you heading to the war memorial, which, by the way, doesn't mention it has just one line with two windows? Please don't start things off this way. And why do you allow entry from both sides? I saw a guy nearly lose it over a spot in line! I ended up having to leave an open window just to go to the end of the line for a drink. It would make so much more sense to have only one line for both windows!

This restaurant only accepts cash, but there's an ATM to the left of the ordering windows. They promote dairy-free options, but I only saw a few slushee choices in that category. There’s usually a line, and it’s easy to see why. Their lemon ice cream is my personal favorite!

Emo's is the place to be! To quote, "The brownie sundae is everything I could have wanted and more!" The swirl crunch cone was also perfect, and the service was outstanding! Year after year, Emo's consistently delivers the best experience! Reserve uma mesa agora

This place never disappoints. I traveled from NC and was able to enjoy an ice cream cone before you close for the year. Extremely polite and efficient employees.

Their sweet tea is barely sweet, the chili cheese dogs weren't worth the price. I like the fries by themselves. Too expensive for what you get.
