While they serve whatever their guests desire for dinner (15 Euros), it is all made from organic fruits and vegetables from their garden and includes an aperitif and white and red wine from a Cote Rotie Domaine (80% Syrah and 20% Vignier grapes) down the street. We are vegan and in fact, so are Jacky and Catherine Rivoire. Even their flour, sugar, mustard, pepper, vinegar, etc. are organic. Our dinner menu was Steamed Leeks in Soya Cream and Le Puy Lentils in a local mushroom, onion and tomato and red wine sauce (with French baguette bread of course), followed by a chocolate and rice milk with banana parfait.
