We went to eat without expecting a tasting and blond menu, the chef, surprised us with a cast of dishes that can be qualified as true art of the kitchen. combined with the elegance of the local and its staff I can say that is the best food I have had in more than 10 years. thanks for the amazing night.

We enjoy the start menu. all the dishes very well solved. many of them were of tradition and manchegos ingredients, that proximity note is always appreciated. all the very careful details, including the presentation of each dish, the service and the environment. highly recommended.
