Espana - Reservar uma mesa

Oh dear oh dear. We have enjoyed 50 years of eating at Bar Espana on our visits to Es Castell. Despite being advised by others that it was now awful, we went with our daughter and son in law and two grandchildren after the fiesta last week. The place was very quiet, a complete contrast to our previous visits. Only two waiters there. Very slow and reluctant service. In the past the service was slick and welcoming. Not now! Bring back Salvador! Then the food arrived, eventually. Oh dear! We won’t be going again. Very sadly.

We missed this iconic restaurant so much after the original owners Salvador retired. So happy that it has re-opened this summer. New management but the same winning formula. Food service and wine excellent as always. Wishing the new management and the team the very best of luck. So pleased that The Bar España is back!

perfect in everything. restaurant of all life where it is seen that the people of the village come. Very clean. spectacular presentation and quantity. attentive and friendly staff. menu at very good price. If only I could recommend a restaurant for every minor, it would be this.

We were on a winter Saturday, both food, and - above all - service are magnificent. very useful and very friendly. no doubt a place to come back and recommend.

We have visited this restaurant three times on our holiday. Great food, service and reasonably priced. Interior is a little dated but outside was great.
