This assessment concerns the wine industry, i.e. the restaurant, which is even mentioned in the Michelin guide. We can't say anything about the hotel. It would make sense to separate this from the Google Hotel Restaurant. Unfortunately, we were not satisfied with the desired performance. Only the mushroom is halfway. The pork bag was cold or at most lukewarm, and the cashier had a funny taste, so we left it. The quality of the meat was also implied in the adjacent table. Now you can press this on the meat... but also shopping is the responsibility of the kitchen. Overall, the price/performance and the mention in the Michelin guide is very questionable. Maybe it was the wine or the beautiful...
Price performance was not o.k. for me, food was good, but too expensive and we had to wait two hours. The rooms were clean and spacious, but somehow unpleasant. On the day of departure we were asked about a quarter after ten if we were able to clear a room so that we could be cleaned. The official check-out was actually 11:00. The countless small flies were noticeable, both in the drinks and in the dishes. You don't have to.
The food was good. Unfortunately, the enjoyment of the restaurant visit was severely restricted by poor service. This was expressed by very long waiting times (drinking order, 40 minutes preparation of a dessert etc. . Apparently, the neighboring table complained for similar reasons and was settled with a drink on the house. Unfortunately, we were not concerned with such a gesture. Service: 1
