for five years this is our favorite place in the area valencia. every time we visit our second home, we visit estalvi at least once. the restaurant or bar, as they like to call it, is guided by the couples lourdes and victor. she takes care of the kitchen and he takes care of the guests. the menu is handwritten with about ten dresses, all prepared with beautiful and excellent raw materials and composed by the maestra in the kitchen. the wine list is well composed and includes many excellent wines from the best Spanish wine district.
