They haven't picked up the phone in weeks. When they catch it they hang up on you. They've been like this for three weeks, totally unacceptable. The quality was always mediocre but they were cheap, so it was worth it, but that's it, they don't pick up the phone and then leave it off the hook. The other day they called me 40 minutes later to tell me I don't know what the phone's excuse is, when it's obvious what they're doing.
