The atmosphere was good, chef Eric is welcoming and passionate about products. He enumerates all his products and speaks on their exceptional side especially of their origin and circuits that he uses and developed. We can choose what we want to eat in the list of dishes he quotes, however the price remains very vague. We are advertised a fork whose highest price is 130€ but at the end we have the impression that no matter what we take, we all pay this price.Avegetarians/vegans, pass your path, all products contain animal proteins, with a meat penchant. Eric tells anecdotes, his meetings and his vision of the kitchen. It's a great experience, and we eat well.
