update: we ended a few days later for lunch and had much better experience. eating was very good again and we were really impressed by the quesadilla! a more detailed description on the menu it would be better suited. we have also bought it to expect it to be blaming for our picky child, then we were all too happy to eat it instead of haha. for the experience: much better. shorter line and faster service. the music was something common, the service was friendly. Outdoors are good for children. we would go back to lunch! 3 stars: 4 for eating, 1 for the experience. long line to order, in a cramped room, with loud and abrasive techno music, and no ac at a very hot day. the food was beautifully...
came here to the breakfast before hiking in acadia. the breakfast was not bad, but it wasn't very good either. the food was served quickly and hot steamed. I have the egg sandwich and pancakes and they were decent enough. think about average homemade meals. if they are for this kind of mood, then they go ahead and try it! it is also a pretty good alternative if the other local breakfast restaurants are all busy.
every day Joe’s was a nice little place to have breakfast. this place was not on our original list of places to have breakfast, but if other breakfast places were too busy, we decided to try joe’s every day. we're glad we did it. really fast and delicious. they will not be disappointed to try this place.
