Exquisit - Reservar uma mesa

This is an absolutely wonderful small hotel hidden in the countryside. Only 20 minutes from Palma Airport, but it feels like hours away. If you want beach and nightlife, don't go there and you definitely need a rental car to go anywhere. If you want to relax, have a coffee or wine on the inner court, and have a daily swim in the large swimming pool, (closed in winter), sight see on small roads all over this beautiful island and have superb service, this is your place. If you are a cycle enthusiast there is no better point to start and finish. This is a review of the restaurant which goes by the promising name Exquisit. Small menu (promising too), and the food was fine, but nothing to shout about. Compared to other establishments in Palma and Llucmayor, this would be rated mediocre for flavour and presentation. Would have liked to try the roast pork or lamb but were told that there was not enough notice given. The ambience could be improved in many ways. Service was slow (not that it is a problem), sloppy (our cutlery came after the meal was served) and the feeling of welcome that others shout about was absent. a jewel in the middle of nowhere, in a quiet and very green environment where you get maria, the receptionist, with the heart in the hand and an exceptional warmth ... the rooms are beautiful, the very good food and the abundant and varied breakfast. everything is very clean and careful. Come on, we'll come back if nothing stops us!

quiet hotel with lots of charm in an old farmhouse. It smells like mall and countryside. stone and vegetation. very spacious rooms with pool exit. excellent breakfast buffet. and delicious dinners in the restaurant. maria and so super professional and attentive collaborators.
