Fairbairn Bakery - Reservar uma mesa

Can't understand the way both of these shops operate. Have gone in at midday during the week on more than one occasion to find they have minimal stock in the pie warmer. They ring the other shop and advise that one has no hot pastiesand only selected pies as well. They can provide cold ones but not hot. They sell a good product but how do they survive if they seldom have what you want when it's lunch time?

Do you love old style bread and rolls...you know you can buy a loaf of bread and it actually tastes great ,lasts for a few days and is not mass produced garbage then you will love this bakery!!! The chunky steak pies are to die for and guess what the price is about the same as you would pay for inferior mass produced products . Well worth a look IMHO

Pulled in to hopefully get a sandwich and was pleasantly surprised. Obviously was expecting to see pies, bread etc and they had pre-made or a sandwich bar. Large range of cakes, pastry and price was fine

These pies are the best i have had in along time I had a curry pie and my husband had a plain beef the curry pie had vegetables in as well , the staff are very friendly too.

Always come to Fairbairn Bakery for pies, have for over thirty years, especially their Ned Kelly, which has everything in it!
