Ate the full vegan pizza here five or six times and never disappointed. All where possible of the produce is locally sourced and organic or high quality. Everything is prepared on-site and their pizza dough is one of the best I have every tasted. The vegan pizza is very popular and I hope in time they include more vegan options, vegan cheeses and proteins in the near future. My last pizza had a purée of seasonal vegetable base with fresh and sun dried tomatoes with heaps of beautifully prepared and cooked greens. Une seule pizza vegan mais très bonne. Aux légumes du moment, la base était au potiron quand j'y suis allée. Melange des saveurs équilibré. Attention l'adresse à changée, c'est maintenant rue de la gare.
