I describe restaurants like this as having a "new age twist." They take well-known dishes and give them a creative spin, providing an opportunity to experience a range of new flavors. I ordered a salad and added chicken for an additional charge. The salad was quite tasty, but the chicken arrived cold. Personally, I like my protein to be warm or hot when served with a salad. Overall, the meal was enjoyable and reasonably priced for dining downtown. I visited the Revival Food Hall location on Clark Street, and it was quite busy; finding a table during lunch can be somewhat challenging.
During my early morning layover at O'Hare, I stumbled upon one of these vending machines, and it turned out to be a fantastic find! The almond butter and coconut oats were simply delightful. If I hadn't been so stuffed, I would have definitely grabbed a salad for my flight. It even made me check my future travel plans to see if I would be back at O'Hare anytime soon!
