Fatbacks Bbq - Reservar mesa

Had a slab the prices are fair, middle of the road. Same can be said for the ribs. Not bad mind you but nothing you are going to write home about. Now the sides are hit and miss. Some are better than others. I wasn't impressed with the beans, the potato salad was spot on. Now the best thing was the cornbread. Oh my gosh that's worth the trip. I even got a corner piece and it was still the best thing on my plate. I did like their sweet heat sauce as well. The dry rub rack I got needed the sauce. If you enjoy BBQ as much as I do then you know as well, that when you have to keep reaching for the sauce it's not the best BBQ. It was kind of tough to chew as well. Now the real question would I go...

Unbelievably poor customer service. For the LAST time I 've called and placed an order, waited their suggested 20 minutes (or sometimes considerably more! , then when arriving to pickup my order I 'm told oh, we 're out of that . Never a call back to let me know without wasting my time waiting for the order to be prepared. Never an apology of any type. Never any attempt to make it right. This has happened repeatedly probably 5 or 6 times now. The food _IS_ good, that 's why I kept giving them another chance. I like to try to support the local guy, but enough is enough.

Fatbacks is the hands below the best BBQ you will find in Quincy and surroundings. This family-run small business can never be impressed with fresh, delicious dishes served in generous portions by an incredible staff. Whether you go with a meat plate or a sandwich, you get a decadent offer of succulents BBQ. If you're hungry, you're wrong. A culinary destination safe!

beautiful hometown bbq. the personal was friendly and easily ordered at the switch for the first time customer. had the fat sandwich again. bbq pork with shiny. very good, but a little soggy boat. mac and cheese were well spiced. fairer price. pickle speer could be better. everything will be nice. will be back to try more. Nice home town BBQ. Staff was friendly and easily ordered at the counter for 1st time customer. Had the fat back sandwich. BBQ pork with slaw. Very good but a bit soggy bottom bun. Mac and cheese was well seasoned. Fair price. Pickle spear could be better. Overall nice place. Will be back to try more.

I have been here twice and each time the bbq, and staff, have been fantastic! The burnt ends, ribs, brisket, mac and cheese. *Drools* If you're in Quincy to get your shot, or even visit, make time to visit Fatbacks. You won't regret it.

The service at the restaurant was efficient and quick. However, we were disappointed by the dry and tough food. We're not sure if it was just an off night for the brisket and ribs on Wednesday.

The dining room was closed, so I didn't get to try the food. I prefer not to support restaurants that do not provide a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy a meal.

This restaurant serves the best grilled food we have ever had. The staff is friendly and welcoming. We only wish there was a location in Arizona.
