Went for some dinner on Saturday and the service was so bad! Firstly it took over half hour to be served at the bar and then a hour wait for our food which was at a really low standard, the food was undercooked, hairs on the plate. The waiters didn't bring us any cutlery or sauces and when asked told she would get us some but still never returned and had to go inside and look around the busy restraunt for them. I know it was a warm day and it was busy but the place is clearly understaffed. We made a complaint and didn't think we was taken very serious after giving us a fiver back after 7 of us had something wrong with our food and spent a lot of money in there on drinks and food.
Pub was very busy due to the lovely weather, ordered our food and told it would be half an hour... or starters came, only just warm... we asked the manager to bring us small plates as we were having a shared starter, he brought plates and we told him the food wasn't as hot as it could be, he offered to replace them, but we declined as we were really hungry.. he returned 10 mins later with a refund for the starters and said he would get our main courses away asap, these arrived and were really good, hot and fresh, his customer service was great, thanks it changed out attitude and we would come again. The setting is lovely, especially on a lovely day like today..
Hi I was in your place again and this time I had a very bad experience in costumer service I feel the person on the til is serving people by her choice . I been wait about 26 minutes for my table become clear from previous costumer's foods and I had problem to become serve when I was front of til I asked to serve me because I'm next but your staff pushed me to stay more to serve another costumer and when I asked again they strated to laugh to me in rediclus way and shaking hed , after that they brought us our food but they brought one of our food and they brought another two with more that 15 minutes delay. really very bad service I expirienced today .
