Fazoli's - Reservar mesa

My wife and I stopped at the Des Moines Merle Hay Road Fazoli's today on our way to do some shopping. I had a bowl of spaghetti with extra marinara sauce and my wife had the bowl of ravioli, along with a deliciously fresh salad we shared. Both meals were more than generous in size, and both piping hot, as were the breadsticks. Our meals were totally off the charts in goodness. Oh, I nearly forgot to mention the three fabulous meatballs with my meal, The staff at this restaurant were all very friendly and helpful. Judging by our experience today this appears to be a very well run restaurant. We were both stuffed and will for sure be returning, probably just as soon as we are hungry again.

Let's... No one comes to Fazoli for customer service. We're all here for the breadsticks. So you can imagine, after an 80-hour working week in the hospital, I just needed some comfort food. This special Fazoli’s was rushing in the middle of a mile dinner. The passage was full, DoorDash orders were stacked, and the guests were arriving. Chaz ran through himself in front, but far from it, he was polite, friendly, managing his orders like a professional, and keeping employees and guests smile alike. It is really so rare to see this in our laborious society that I was really impressed. The guy at least deserves an increase. And as always the breadsticks were the heavens.

Fazolis is always a good time. They got great beeadsticks whether there soft or a little crunchy. And the foods always good no matter what you get. Food came quickly and the place was a little busy at that. Tried there new ravioli chicken meal for 10$ and was well worth it.

Love the “Loaded Spaghetti!” They even met my crazy gold, who also wants the side of the sausage. We are regular, once a week. Guldino, spoils us even with the bread sticks, as they are more on the crispy side. One of the best choices for dinner! Approved by ! Reserve uma mesa agora

The food was fresh and it tasted pretty good. But Fazoli is good regardless. Let the hipsters tell you nothing other than holding their nose and saying It is not really Italian while they go into the olive garden and stuff their face there.

Great experience this evening at the Merle Hay store! Everyone was very helpful and attentive, and the food was served hot and delicious. Special call out to Robert and Matthew. We'll definitely be back soon.

Great place to get takeout from. Ordered online ahead and stopped in to pick it up. Waited while order was finished (I was early, they were not late) and had nice hot food by the time I got home..

Came after work, almost closing time… got the best service and the best pasta I’ve had here to date! Mabel, nae, and galdino were amazing! Nice crispy cheese on the oven baked classic! Reserve uma mesa agora

Chaz was a great help in our experience at this Des Moines location!! I got the boneless sweet honey bbq wings, and I would say they were just as good as the competition’s!!!

Friendly staff. Clean environment. Great fast Italian food. Large portions, so able to take the remains home. Bread sticks on your table when you run out.
