Rebgarten Felsenkeller

Wir hatten am Freitag den 9.12.2016 unsere Diesjährige Weihnachtsfeier im Felsenkeller in Pfullendorf geplant.Das Ambiente mag ja wirklich ganz nett sein, wenn man auf Spinnenweben und Staub auf den Leuchtern steht.Das Essen war im großen und ganzen ok aber jetzt auch nicht der Wow Effekt.Einzige Ausnahme waren die wirklich frischen Salate vom Buffet.Der Nachtisch eine Eistorte mit heißen Himbeeren wurde von ca. 70% der Mitarbeiter stehen gelassen, weil man nicht definieren könnte was man hier gerade zu Essen bekam.Gerne hätte ich ja wie in anderen Bewertungen geschrieben, auch einen der leckeren Cocktails oder Longdrink probiert. Based in a cave/cellar under a hotel, this restaurant/pub has always been reliable and pleasant. The menu is not enormous in choices, but the servings are, and you won't leave hungry.Try the pork loin medallions with noodles and gravy, or the thin crust pizza. Some real classic dishes are available as well. All well prepared and plated. Good selection of great beers and wines.Service is good, especially given how busy it can get - go early or later to beat the crowds.Do walk around. You can go past the bar or take the back way. There is a map on most tables.

Der Felsenkeller ist eins meiner persönlichen Lieblingslokale. Die urige Atmosphäre und das hervorragende Essen befinden sich im Einklang mit vorzüglichen Cocktails. Immer, wenn es was wirklich besonderes sein soll gehen wir dort hin und wurden nie enttäuscht - weder mit unsrer Weihnachtsfeier noch während privaten besuchen. Wir kommen diesen Monat nochmal vorbei !

If you're looking for a unique dinning experience this is pretty good. The restaurant is in a cave under the hotel. You take an elevator down and wow you are in medieval times!! The bar is cool for just a few drinks, however, the dinner is a different experience. Great for a romantic evening of two or a table of ten. A night you will talk about for years to come! Drole de découverte que ce restaurant dans une cave creusée dans la roche. Le service est rapide et pro. Les plats sont bons et bien présentés. Attention, ce ne sont pas des spécialistes de la cuissons des viandes. Sympa le bar, à l'entrée du restaurant, pour finir la soirée. Belle endroit.

Au top ! Charmant endroit, personnels au petit soin, très accueillant et souriant, nous y avons bien mangé, ce n'est pas de la grande cuisine mais les plats sont bons et bien présentés. Pour finir la soirée on y trouve un bar bien sympathique où on y passe un agréable moment.

Classic German restaurant in an unusual location. Copious servings of many classic dishes with many local specialities and all of very good quality served by enthusiastic staff. If you are not sure what some items on the menu are just ask - they will help you to decide.

it is an amazing place. Like a cave, low lights. And a very good kitchen. There is a fixed menue, but also recommendations of the day. we had the easter menue and it was delicious

Wahnsinnig eindrucksvolles Kellergewölbe mit Bar und Restaurant. Service war nicht unbedingt der beste.
