Ferme-auberge De Jassenove

We called to make some reservations and were only asked if we liked lamb and roquefort and to come friday evening. Since we were a bit early, we were offered to take our apertif outside and the owners' dogs were great company. Once inside the feast started. No need to describe all the dishes, the pictures will say enough. The roquefort soufflé was amazing and I actually forgot to take a picture of the lamb, but take my word for it, it was some tasty meat. The owners are very friendly and spent a lot of time entertaining their guests.

Yes the Auberge is in the middle of nowhere but we had a charming room and were very pleased with our 4 night stay. The rooms are super clean and well maintained, and for the area, are indeed very comfortable, even luxurious. We found the staff welcoming, very helpful and personable. We enjoyed our hearty meal in the evening and were happy with the breakfast. We'll certainly stay here again if in the area.

not up to it's ratings; poor coordination between people at ferme auberge, room decorated from french equivalent of home depot, cuisine tired. maybe just end of summer fatigue, but won't go back good part: it's in the middle of nowhere, great for cycling

Katrine made us all very welcome and at the end of our meal brought our a lit birthday cake for our friend. A really nice touch. The food was excellent, we have never had a bad experience at Jassenove! Thank you so much.

Excellent lunch with farm and local products. Special mention for the Roquefort soufflé: a real cloud! Attentive service. A big thank-you. Big plus: dogs allowed on a leash.
