Ferme Auberge Le Chantacoucou

The food here is good, all come from the farm where the restaurant is located. The meat was just as good as in other high-end restaurants, but the cheese and yogurt were just the best I ever tried. Bernard, the farmer and the owner gave an excellent welcome for a very reasonable price. Can not recommend enough! Make sure you book it is only open when you have bookings.

If you want freshly cooked Savoie food and grown locally you can see the veggie patch from the terrace) that tastes delicious and is good value for money then this is the place. Family friendly , the Father is the farmer, Mother the chef,...and daughter the front of house. A very personal experience. The menu is seasonal set apart from desserts.

We had a wonderful four course meal cooked with fresh food from the farm. The restaurant was beautiful and accomodating. We walked 30 mins and it was well worth the trip. Very friendly service and excellent value.
