Dear Filibertos, My name is Claudia, I have just experienced the worst service ever!! I went in because we LOVE your Menudo, I ordered 2 menudos EXTRA HOMMINY very little meat, she said ok, but it would take 20 minutes because Menudo was not finished, what was ok with me. When I came home, everything I had was meat.... Don't be afraid of CORN! I immediately called in to make a complaint and talked to the drive through the server while still on the phone she asked the cook when he had put corn and he said they had no corn... but I had asked for extra corn and no one said anything! I wouldn't have ordered and waited 20-25 min if they told me there was no corn. The woman said she would give me...

Finally reopen after a fire. ???? ?? Super clean Filiberto?s. I stopped by for a breakfast burrito because I was in the area and I was not disappointed. Got the chorizo breakfast burrito and added potatoes. All of their breakfast burritos need somethingadded to them to make them bomb but they would be okay on their own. They?re chill with additions/substitutions but don?t getcrazy and ruin it for the rest of us. I usually go in the early morning for a breakfast burrito so there?s never a line which isalways a plus. Filiberto?s is the clutch spot.

I have received almost all of my food overcooked at this restaurant. My churros were burnt on one side, I had to throw them away. The tacos were extremely hard and the meat inside tasted burnt. It seems like it's hit or miss with the cooking here. I do not recommend their tacos as they are not good at all. However, the rolled tacos were good.

The staff at this location are incompetent and unable to properly take or fulfill an order. I had to return my burrito to be remade correctly. The burrito was poorly wrapped and came with cold fries. I regret spending $12 on this subpar meal. Thank you for the disappointing experience.

I paid $14 for a burrito and was charged an additional $2 each for cheese and sour cream instead of guacamole without being informed beforehand. I would understand a charge of maybe 50 or 75 cents, but $2 for a small amount of toppings is ridiculous. I will not be coming back again.
