It was our first time going there upon the recommendations of friends. We went in at 4pm. There were about 8 people at the bar. We weren’t acknowledged so we decided to seat ourselves. The bartender did not acknowledge us and continued to chat with the bar patrons. Another waitress arrived and answered the phone then proceeded to chat with a bar patron. No acknowledgement that we were sitting there. We left and my husband spoke to the second lady that came in, told here we weren’t acknowledged at all. She said she thought we’d all ready eaten. There were no dishes, glasses or utensils on the table that would have suggested we’d all ready eaten. Management needs to retrain on customer service...
