Firebirds Wood Fired Grill

We are still here basking in the afterglow of a great meal at Firebirds in Gilbert. The bread was crusty on the outside, but warm and soft on the inside. My American Kobe Meatloaf was absolutely delicious. It comes with the green beans and I requested a side of Parmesan mashed potatoes. The mushroom sauce is usually over the meatloaf, but I requested it on the side. My husband loved his grilled fish tacos with a side of steamed broccoli. The carrot cake was wonderful. They serve it warm with a side of caramel sauce. So good! We will be back! The service is excellent.

We visited this restaurant for our anniversary and were pleasantly surprised by how busy it was on a Monday evening. This is a good sign for the business. The atmosphere is stylish without being overly expensive. The prices are reasonable, the food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is lovely. My steak was cooked perfectly and the baked potato was delicious. My wife really enjoyed her burger. We would definitely return, especially for a special occasion.

came here for my son's birthday dinner. We haven't eaten in a normal restaurant since April 2020, so this was a very special occasion. Was a fantastic experience, the service and customer service was enormous – from the hostess, waitress, manager, they were all great. Fantastic food and — very good experience. Thank you for making it special for us.

Wonderful as always, my wife and I enjoy coming here after the usual dinner rush. She takes the steak with green beans and I get the chicken pineapple glaze. I can’t say enough good things about Firebirds, or their fantastic customer service. Will go again, 11/10!!

Great menu. Steak, salads and lots of unique dishes. My favorite appetizer is the deviled eggs with jalapenos and sweet bacon. Excellent lunch specials too.
