Love and patronize this restaurant and never had issue until 11/11/23. Waitress is super! The problem was we waited for more than an hour to get our food. Other diners who came in and seated after us had finish their dinner and gone. We approached our waitress what’s going on. Matt one of the managers) is awesome, came and explain what went wrong. We patiently waited. We waited another half a hour or so until we finally got our dinners ,and to my dismay, my food was cold! I was very frustrated and disappointed! This is the second time I've taken advantage of Fire Bird's rack of ribs special, and I was looking forward to it again. Last time, the rack was almost larger than the plate, meaty, juicy, and coated with a flavorful BBQ style sauce. However, this time I was served a rack that seemed to come from a very small or undernourished pig. The coating was overcooked and tough, making it hard to get through. The 12 bones I received were not a full rack but were instead presented in two parts, as if someone had taken two small ends and tried to pass them off as a complete rack. Absolutely not a good experience. Me , my mom, and my sister went there 1. Hosts were not approachable at all 2. We sat down and had ordered drinks just fountain drinks and we had an emergency and had to leave right away. When our server got back we told her we would pay and she was so rude rolled her eyes etc and just told us to leave. Don’t go here Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Amazing food and service! Steak and lobster were perfection! Highly recommended! Kid-friendliness: The kids age 3 5 ate most of the mac and cheese! It's rare they eat that much. I was served overcooked meat, and when I mentioned it, the waiter blamed me for saying "weldon" instead of "medium." He did offer to replace it, but I declined. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 5.

The dinner was fantastic and definitely worth the price. The highlight of the evening was our waiter, Glory. She was attentive to everything and incredibly friendly. I will definitely request her next time I visit.
