Firehouse Deli - Reservar uma mesa

I had lunch today with a friend who grew up eating these sandwiches. They recommended I try the "wedge," which is a type of sub/grinder/hoagie that was new to me. I am giving this place 5 stars for two reasons. Firstly, I have been working in sandwich shops for the past 17 years, so I am quite knowledgeable about the quality and freshness of sliced meats and cheeses. The bread was really good and the sandwich was huge. I ordered the Italian combo and the only slight criticism I have is that the meats lacked a bit of flavor, possibly because they were prepared in advance. Best deli in the tri state area. And trust me doing construction in high end areas all over fairfield country and new york I have been to a lot of very good delis. Nothing compares go this place. Anthony is a really good guy and his staff is great. The very best there is no debate!

I go to this place weekly and wish it could be more. The sandwiches are very generously sized and not to mention delicious. If your in the mood for a wedge, hoagie, or however you refer to your sandwiches, you need to give this place a try for sure.

Hands down one of the best delis around. The wedges (sub, grinder, hoagie) are huge and packed with deliciousness. If you’re near by I would highly recommend you stop in, you won’t be disappointed.

The best deli out. In my eyes, no one comes close. You pay for what you get and you get alot for the money. Food is always good, fresh, and tasty. You won't be disappointed.
