Firehouse Subs Boca Raton

Please check the items before someone picks them up for delivery. I have ordered from UberEATS three times when the spend $15 save $3 deal comes up. I always order a kid's meal for myself and a veggie sub with chips to take home for my husband, and my chips have been missing the two times that I have ordered chips with my kid's meal instead of a cookie. Today the Sprite with my kid's meal was missing too. UberEATS only gave me $2 Uber cash. Unless I can get a better resolution, I will not be ordering again.

Very narrow firehouse...when I went in only 2 workers...weren't that friendly cashier seemed like she didn't want to be there...the girl who made my sub kept trying to call me over for the wrong order and I informed her twice that wasn't my name....when my order actually came up she tried to give it to the wrong person....the subs were also light to what I'm used to I would say about half of the deli meat I normally receive

come here all the time, food tastes amazing. However there was a mistake with my sub and it was well taken care of by Roy. One of the best employees there, handled it amazingly and was quick with it. Definitely will come back, before you write essays about mistakes. They happen, we’re all human. Thanks to Roy had nothing to worry about, got store credit in return ??

The staff was unfriendly and had a terrible attitude. They called out our name but when we went to get the food they kept trying to give it to the couple who arrived after us. Would not recommend this location.

Rude staff they are annoyed you are there which doesn’t make sense cause that’s how they make money.
