The prices are absolutely insane first of all, second the portions are laughable, third I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich because they had 1 guy making everything including all the call in and online orders. The NY beef and cheese is by far the best sub I have eaten, even though it was my first. what I was most happy was the hope that I felt welcome and the staff looked excited after everyone who came in, and even gave the hospitality that I came to feel that PA is well known. Stop the big work!

Waited 25 minutes for 1 sub, the place wasnt crowded, staff stood around talking about their weekend. Foods good service not so much. Great food. Always been good quality and taste and I love their sandwiches but in the last 2 visits, had to wait 35+ minutes each time for a hoagie. Once was when they were busy so that’s fine. Currently the only one in the restaurant though. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I'm not sure if this is a one-time issue or if it's always like this, but after waiting 15 minutes, I decided to cut my losses. I left without my sandwich, even though I tipped 15% rounded up, because I can't spend my whole day waiting. Service: Takeout. Rating: 1.
