Firehouse Subs Grand Central Ave

The sandwich and chili were alright, but I had a strange experience at this restaurant. It felt like I was part of a hidden camera prank show. There were only a few people in front of me, but it took almost half an hour to get my order. The worker made two sandwiches for someone else before attending to my order. In the meantime, another worker was on the phone and didn't even acknowledge me. The food was decent, but the service was lacking. I probably won't be returning as it was nothing special and the service was poor.

I placed an online order, but it was not correct. I ordered two chips and paid extra for them, but did not receive them. Despite a sign indicating that chips are included with the order, I did not receive them. I also requested extra cheese on the steak and cheese sandwich, paid for it, but did not receive it. I have been attempting to call for an hour, but the line is constantly busy, suggesting that they may have the phone off the hook. I am very disappointed.
