Firehouse Subs Lindsay Groves

Ive eaten here about once a month for the past year. I’m not sure if there was a management change since most of these reviews were written but I’ve had nothing but good experiences. The food is well made and delicious. I rate food a 5 because my whole family love the sandwiches. Specifically, the ham is amazing and they do a great job with the toasted subs. The employees always note when I have my kids with me and do or say something to make them feel special. Example: today they switched the usual sports program to a kids show while we were there. I’ve honestly not had a single bad experience at this location. I hope you all enjoy it as well.

I would give the service a negative review, I ordered a sandwich, no mayo, it came with mayo. The blonde lady that was working today told me I should tell the guy I ordered from that I wanted no mayo, I 100% did not order mayo, and she insinuated I was lying by saying she overheard me, she didn’t… I’m never coming back and do not recommend. She should be fired immediately. She did offer me a new sandwich, but I was so upset with the insinuation that I was lying… so unacceptable

45 minutes for 2 dine in sandwiches... Order was given incomplete, missing all of the deserts on the order. Add another 20 minutes to make a cookie and a brownie... That is over 1 hr for 2 sandwiches a cookie and a brownie. Looking at all the employees working and it's simple they aren't working, they're talking to each other...

I ordered a Medium with raw onions,It was the smallest sandwich I have ever paid 12 dollars for.Very small roll not much meat on it at all,I ordered steak and cheese.
