Firehouse Subs Northgate Center

my family and I tried to eat her today. it was a pleasant experience. the sandwich I ordered was called firefight steak and cheese. it was very good. I'm not a big fan of sandwiches, but it was really good today. the atmosphere was also nice. it looks beautiful and clean inside. the only thing that somehow turned me off was the price, it's a little expensive. I had a little sandwich, it was in the did very small, it was good, but it was almost $5 for this size. it was very good, but I guess they have to pay more for good tasting food. it was a great lunch. we'll be back soon. I forgot to make pictures of the subs we ordered, although next time I will make sure photos before I eat.

Ordered online. Was called and told my order was canceled due to modified hours not posted online. Order was not canceled, though they didn’t make the food and I did not pick it up, I was still charged for it. Can’t believe this happened. I loved firehouse subs up until this happened. Update: they did give me my sub when I went in person, but they had to call and make sure it was okay with their manager, who’d told me on the phone they would take care of it. The manager promised to send me a coupon for a free sub for the trouble, that never happened.

The sandwiches are soggy, the wait is extremely long. We ordered online and had to wait over 20 minutes in addition to the time we were told the food would be ready. I would think it had been sitting there for 20 minutes because the bread was wet through if I hadn’t seen them make the sandwich while I waited. Yikes!

I'm sorry 2 star just because customer service was good watery lettuce and my turkey sub taste pretty plane Jane lol. no different sauces to choose from salt pepper oil vinegar was never asked or seen options for any of these should have made one at home

I have ALWAYS had the longest wait time at this place Their food is great, I will give them that, but they lack customer service. I shouldn't have to wait a half hour for my order and then be told, Oh it's going to be 10 more minutes
