FischZeit, Die Fischbroetchen-Manufaktur

We were in Eckernförde with our pack, on holiday. After we grilled the first three days, we wanted to eat fish for the last three days. Where you can eat fish better than by the lake. We came to FischZeit by chance. We didn't come to a snack for the construction site and asked a passerby. The small bistro shop is located in the pedestrian zone. We were received by the service I believe it was the boss himself, extremely nice. She also offered us to sit in the bistro, but we had our dogs in the car. She said the dogs should be inside too. But when we said there were 4 and no small dogs, she thought it was not so appropriate. So we were looking for different types of fish. Since there were no...

I had countless “fish rolls” in my life both in and outside Germany. Had no better than this amazing place. Just great! Both the traditional fish rolls and the new creations of the owners are very pleasant. The care and attention to detail as well as the focus on the perfect ingredients make this a spectacular experience. The bungalows, based on a recipe developed by the owners to create the perfect basis for the fish rolls, are fantastic and the fresh fish in between is simple and really great in taste. We came over this jewel unexpectedly, but will be back in Eckernförde at any time.

Unzählige leckere Variationen mit tollen hausgemachten Saucen. Besonders lecker für uns war der eher milde dänische Brathering mit Apfelsauce, den wir sonst noch nie bekommen haben. Sehr freundliche Inhaber und alles Top-Frisch. Der Backfisch wird im Ofen erwärmt und nicht öltriefend in der Friteuse wie häufig. Prima!

Beautiful little place, owned by a sweet woman who loves pets. They immediately gave my two dogs fish meat. In the vegan she had a nice algae sandwich delicious! My husband also loved his mates in cherry vinegar. Beautiful little place to eat delicious food with love and super friendly.

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. Not far from the beach and has outdoor seating. I especially liked the homemade salads and the various types of marinated fish.
