Worst experience booking an event room at all! They tried to cancel on us a month before the event, after the invitations already said they were renovating and they did not have the kitchen open and then they came back and said, okay we can only do it for your event after we annoyed with them. When I spoke my concerns about the situation, the manager was so unprofessional and acted as if he would do me a favor .. when we were concerned at this point about the quality of the service food when they only open to us in the middle of the construction with their main kitchen?? We had Easter dinner at Annabelle's. The food was satisfactory but absolutely Not Italian, much more like a roadside diner. What Italian restaurant has No Olives?? It's the ambience that left much to be desired. We sat in a dark, dingy room with no tablecloths. The huge, bright, opened, room next to ours had tablecloths, 30 empty tables and about 10 people. No reason to keep us out. The waitress was a poor dear girl who didn't have a clue to anything. I blame the management for hiring her. At one point she ran through the restaurant uproariously laughing and screaming. This place is old, tired, dark, dingy, and desperately in need of a makeover or teardown. My best friend had her wedding tonight. The food was good! Everything was perfect until the staff came and began to clean the tables. A young girl who shouldn't even work has removed my drink from my hand and said you're done with this right? I couldn't believe it. One girl let us move the flowers on the table so that she could remove the tablecloth. All this happened an hour and a half before the party should end. They even took everything off the head table. It takes a lot to complain to me, but that was completely unacceptable!!! I spoke to the manager and he came out and called the staff, and that a girl told him to stop the shutdown. I still can't believe it!!!?

I wanted to get married there, but Kovid happened and that pushed everything back. Then my fiancée died this year, so I called to try n get a refund. But I always get the run from the manager called Dot. That's how I've been calling since the end of February. I need to talk to the owner so we can resolve this problem.

We had a funeral dinner there. The staff and the food were wonderful. They were very courteous and friendly. I recommend Fishers.
