Fitzy’s - Reservar uma mesa

I haven't eaten at this restaurant in years, and unfortunately, it will be a while before I come back. The service was slow and it seemed like the staff were not attentive. It took 25 minutes to get our drinks and an hour to receive our meals. Additionally, I had multiple trips to the bathroom after eating the chicken, which I did not think was good. Overall, I was not satisfied with my dining experience.

This spacious restaurant, with a sleek and contemporary design, may appear modest but serves up high-quality cuisine. I tried the best Calamares I've ever had, followed by a generous Caesar salad topped with delicious chicken and an abundance of fresh ingredients that I couldn't even finish - a first for me.

We are regulars at this beautiful establishment and unfortunately, this time around, despite the food being delicious as always, our visit was spoiled by the atrocious service by Addy in the front bar. There is a way to treat and speak to people, nevermind customers...and this was clearly overlooked.

We made the reservation for 5:30 p.m. that we go to the Don McKean concert. Despite repeated memories of the staff, our food orders were not taken until 7 p.m.! While the meal was excellent, it was very disappointing that we missed the opening act.

atmosphere great. Large selection of beer, staff and vibe great. Only food was average and too expensive. Although it is nice to get table service today, it comes with the disadvantage of waiting when you need drinks.
