Five Guys - Reservar mesa

The food at this restaurant was expertly prepared by a handsome young man. However, upon returning to the establishment, all other staff members, including management, were preoccupied on their phones and yelling at each other. I observed one worker handling four stations at once, while everyone else seemed idle. I would not recommend dining here again, as the laziness and lack of attention to both customers and employees has tarnished what was once a fine dining experience. I hope this review serves as a warning to others to avoid this location.

I ordered a small bacon cheeseburger, but it did not come with bacon. I called to complain and the employee was rude and claimed they were out of bacon. The other burger I ordered did have bacon on it. I requested to speak to a manager and she hung up on me. The staff was incredibly rude tonight. I will be calling again tomorrow to speak with a manager. I hope they realize their employees are being rude and inconsiderate to their customers.

This is the place to go if you're a fan of a delicious burger. The quality is top-notch and although the prices are on the higher side, they are justified by the excellent quality of the food. It's always difficult to choose between my favorite burger joints when I visit the city, but this spot definitely stands out for its consistent and flavorful offerings, generous portion sizes, and great drink options.

The food was good. I especially enjoyed the fries, which were the highlight for me. They were delicious when fresh and dipped in ketchup. The burger I ordered was okay, but it was greatly improved with the addition of ketchup. The Oreo milkshake with Oreo cream was fantastic. I would definitely come back again in the future! My frist bad food experience, I was served a old half cold and warm burger veggies were mushee bun was old and cold. Looked like a burger I would not feed to a dog, and I did let all of them know how I felt about the burger that was served to me.if I could give a zero I would give them a zero star

I ordered delivery from this restaurant and waited for 45 minutes, but when I called them, they said they never received my order. My credit card was charged immediately, but the charge was eventually reversed. I have tried ordering delivery from other places but none of them have worked out.

Normally a fantastic location with wonderful workers. Today, however, we planned on Five Guys to feed the family on time, got there, and there was a sign on the door saying that they had closed at 6pm today. I'm in the food service industry. I get it. Just disappointing.
