Fleming's Prime Steakhouse Wine

We requested a booth. We was told so many booths were reserved so we was sat by the door. All night 6 booths were empty. A big party came in and stood right behind us and it was kind of uncomfortable. That should advise guest to remain in a certain area or bar or outside until table is ready. We weren’t by told by any of the staff about both the restrooms being closed. Both were flooded out with plugged in electrical cords running. Not only did I wonder how the staff washed their hands, I wondered why no signs so no one gets hurts. The food was amazing but our waiter seemed ready to clock out. His energy was low. All in all we enjoyed our dinner.

We asked for a quiet table; although there were many such in the back rooms, we were seated right next to the kitchen, with cooks and servers yelling and dishes banging all night. The large main room has all the charm of a big city bus station. The staff is excellent and tried valiantly to make our experience more pleasant. However, the food arrived 90 minutes after we were seated, and although OK, was not worth all the other trouble. If you can’t be guaranteed seating in one of the smaller back rooms, stay away. Indeed, stay away on a busy weekend night.

Celebrated my girlfriend bday and was also our first time. They put confetti on table with a card waiters were constantly around so service was not a issue. We went on Tomahawk Tuesday and let me tell you the food was delicious steak was cooked to perfection, baked potato was wonderful, and the asparagus were well seasoned. Our deserts were yummy. My girl was so happy I asked if she would like to come back and of course she said yes so that's a plus. Thank you for making

You cannot go wrong with Fleming's restaurants chain. Always great steaks and food selection. From drinks to starters to main dish everything is well prepared and presented. Our party shared carpaccio, calamry with Chilli sauce and burrata with prosciutto. Then everybody got the filet mignon perfectly cooked) with asparagus, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts. The petite Filet (ordered as medium rare) was underimpressive. One side was over cooked, hard to chew and hard to cut into. The calmari was delicious and the sweet chili had a well balanced flavor. The french onion soup was sub par the flavors were overwhelming and did not compliment each other. Service was average but there was a long wait for the main course.

We really appreciated what the staff at Fleming's did to celebrate my mother's birthday! It was super cute! The food was to die for and we enjoyed the restaurant's ambience. It will definitely make it on our lists of favorites here in Cali!

Service was VERY SLOW. Our reservation was 6:30 and the food didn’t arrive until 8:15! My French onion soup was the last to arrive

Servíce was on point, the dry aged ribeye was just as expected.
