Fogo De Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

I've dined at Fogo de Chão a handful of times throughout the years. It had been at least 7 years or so since my last visit. Even though im not a meat eater (except for occasional sushi), Fogo has an amazing market option (it's like a non-meat buffet) that is phenomenal! We dined here on Thanksgiving since no one wanted to cook or clean. It was a party of 8, and we had made reservations several weeks in advance. 1. An item I paid for was missing. When I asked the hostess to add it, she brought the manager instead. 2. The manager’s first response was, “Is there a problem here?” This question felt quite inappropriate and disrespectful coming from a manager towards a polite customer and set a negative tone for our interaction. 3. After I explained the issue, the manager said he would address it but then proceeded to leave the incorrect item in my bag and simply add the correct one. He grabbed my receipt and crumpled it despite my request for him not to do so. I found this behavior baffling. 4. We have visited this location several times and it has never failed to impress. Our visit on July 31,2024 was especially memorable mainly thanks to the manager Erik. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. The ambiance is always welcoming and comfortable. Sometimes the server would miss our green placard but Erik would always see us looking at the server and he would redirect the server to our table. He went out of his way to make us feel special and appreciated. I can't remember ever having such an attentive manager, not just for us but every table in the dining room.

Our waitress Mekdes is one of the main reasons I keep returning to this Addison location! Her friendly smile and delightful customer service brighten our date nights every time! It's rare to find genuine service these days, but it’s clear that she has a passion for interacting with customers and delivering exceptional service! Made reservations from the special they had advertised of 39. per person. Due to the fact that the notes were not made in the reservation for the special, we were served the full price. The manager acknowledged that there was a special but wouldn't honor the special price because it wasn't in the notes at the time the reservation was made (even though there were no instructions to note it). That's the most bait and switch con I've ever experienced. I will never eat there again.

The service was outstanding, with a very friendly staff. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 5 stars. I highly recommend trying the Salad Bar, Brazilian Flan, Mashed Potatoes, Meat Selections, and Pork Ribs.

The food and service were excellent, while the atmosphere rates a 4. The air in the restaurant feels a bit dated. I dined in for lunch, and the price per person was between $30 and $50. Overall, I would rate the food a 5 and the service a 5. I recommend trying the Salad Bar and the Picanha.

Decent food for old school Brazilian steakhouse. They had a nice salad bar. Servers were very nice. As expected, the servers running around with the meat, were rushed and sweaty. This looks like very hard work! Reserve uma mesa agora

We love Fogo de Chao, but this time the meat was pretty salty. We still had servers offer us meats nonstop, as opposed to Texas de Brazil and the sides were plentiful. We will be back.

Great service! Domingos always looks after us. I highly recommend the lamb chops, filet, and bottom sirloin.
