Food was top tier! All the meats tasted delightful. Very great salad bar options for all kinds of dietary needs. Most the staff was great! My only complaint is that once I was ready to pay I recieved the bill from a tall red headed guy with glasses. He cracked a few jokes with us and we gave him the our card to pay. A few minutes passes and he returns with the card. He said “ I thought you card was going to decline “ it did leave a sour taste in our mouth because we weren’t dressed nice like the rest of the customers. Food Here I was pretty disappointed. I have dined at Fogo before but never at this location. Most if not all of the meat was overcooked and some were definitely under seasoned. I do not have the highest of expectations, but based on the previous visits and price, I would not pay again. Maybe it is possible that this was a one off experience, but all of the meats that I ate were very unappetizing. Very few had any char, texture was inconsistent and it was impossible to tell what the next bite was going to taste like. We came out for the first time in about 10 years. You can't go wrong here if you are a carnivore. Pant eaters should stay away. Love that you smell awesome meat cooking when you walk in. The service was good as expected and loved all the cuts of meat. Of course the endless salad/cheese bar is amazing.
