we were often in fogo, our second time at this place, and I must say we were disappointed. we are used to have the meat pass from us regularly and we were barely served. we still had to ask that carvers come by. while everything was delicious, they seemed really out in this night. Moreover, we had two gift cards for $150 each, which we tried to use, and they processed a card twice, so we know that the card was empty so that it was only $150 instead of charging the other card. it is all on the reception that they only tried to edit a card and they say back to us that it was empty. Now we have to do this straight because they have the card they have not processed. very frustrated.

I had a amazing experience. I celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday. We had Kathy as our waitress she was the best!!!!! She made his day extra special. The entire staff was friendly. No one came to tell us to hurry up. We weren’t rush. Even the guys who brought the meats to our table were friendly. They made sure to come around several times to ask if we would like to try more of something. 10stars!!!!! And I haven’t even got to how good the meats are OMG!!!!!!!! Sooooooo goooood!!!!!!!!! I wish I could kiss every chef there lol thank you so much for your amazing service. Whoever is training your staff is doing a great job!!!!!!
