Definitely the best pizzas in Folkestone in my opinion. The thin and crusty bases are just the way I like them. The cakes are excellent, and the salads are amazing with very generous portions. I love the halloumi cheese, beetroot, pine nuts, chili, and spinach salad. The Lebanese lamb with hummus flatbread is another favorite of mine when I want a change from pizza. The venue is beautiful and quirky, with mirrors and chandeliers available for purchase. I have been to all 3 Follies sites numerous times and the standard of food and service is consistently excellent. Definitely worth a visit. If you go on a Thursday, I recommend checking availability in advance as it is their busiest night and...

We have been going nearly every Friday after work since it opened simply love it to the extent we have had two staff Christmas dinners there and numerous parties lovely staff lovely food already booked into the hythe branch Saturday :

The restaurant has a great atmosphere, friendly staff, and now offers an amazing selection of vegan pizzas! If only the gluten-free pizza base was more delicious...definitely the top spot in Folkestone.

What a stunning location! The pizza was absolutely delicious, the staff were so kind and welcoming, and the lemon cake was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I will definitely be returning!
